Fallout 2 mod Olympus 2207 (english translation)

I want to try this mod. However, I cannot install it on my old WinXp system, since the Olympus installer is not starting...
Can anybody provide the unpacked (installed) files in a zip? Thank you.

My game was originally crashing in Olympus, when traveling to the Biology floor from the Engineering floor
after reprogramming the Physics keycard, which also kept telling me the keycard was disabled after reprogramming.

So, I started a fresh playthrough after fully reinstalling the mod. Now, I'm crashing when going to the Biology floor no matter what! Error is "The instruction at 0045630 referenced memory at 00b8075c. The memory could not be read from." Original playthrough error was similar, but I did not screenshot it. I know nothing about these kinds of errors, please help!

Not sure if anyone knows about this or cares but the quest about Joe's lost wife at Metro Station seems broken.

Either that or I'm just struggling immensely to find the correct grave. But it seems like all the graves are just generic, and looking at all of them doesn't solve the quest.

Edit: Nevermind, quest isn't broken, the correct grave is just really hard to spot.
