You think getting shot is more humane than getting cut up or beaten to death?

We have found more efficient ways of killing each other, but we haven't exactly made the ways any more humane IMO, but hey, maybe I'm just a wimp.

Getting shot is a much more humane way to die than being bludgeoned, or hacked to death. The personal nature of being beaten may be removed, but its a more preferable way to go than having your skull bashed in.

If, of course, you do go. There's a much higher chance of surviving a bullet, than a bludgeoning or stabbing. In terms of warfare, at least.

I doubt that, as the Assyrians did'nt exsist in 2800 BC. Matter of fact, they would not exsist for another 1100 years.
