OXM will offer nothing new

Gods, I remember those blatant lies about the creature AI inventing soccer and whatnot. PC Gamer let up pageloads of "developer diaries" which were nothing but lying crap about features that didn't exist in the finished game.

Not all features are good features, and additional features don't make a game better automatically.
Dev diaries are kinda PR stuff - like blowed up screenies or statements like 'we are all the greatest fans of game xyz since many years - can't live without it'.
Beware to take such fan stuff as a promise or a guaranty.

I wouldn't be surprised if those 'lies' were actually true, but they removed it all from the finished game because it fucked with the gameplay.

Other than that, Radiant AI really was nothing special to begin with. You give creatures goals, and ways to complete the goals. They then proceed to complete the goals.
That's how every bloody AI works!
