I think it's primarily a Socialist issue: Conservatives tend to admit that almost all politicians are crooks, as most Conservatives these days believe in small government due to that very issue. Socialists cannot continue to believe that if they continue to be Socialists.
Saying "OMFG CONSERVATIVE POLITICANS SUCK" is stupid because Conservative does not deserve to be in the sentance: politicians suck in general.
Also, I'd like to point ou that France has much more of a two party system then we do.

Yes. All politicians suck. It's just that conservative politicians suck more. What with starting useless wars (W), being war criminals (My local conservative politician), introducing corporal punishment in primary schools (Wooz' current fav), etc...

I think not.), when they were speaking of coalition with the PO (Citizens Platform) and a just and even distribution of ministerial position between these two parties, mix, shake, and you get a 'Voter's Political Assraper' drink.

As of now, PiS owns the Parliament, the Parliament's presidency, and the Presidency of the Republic. OMG Lech Kaczynski president of the IVth Rzeszapospolita.
IMO, it's highly unlikely that any ministerial position will be open for anyone outside The Party. I'm also wondering if the whole deal won't end either in a Magdalenka-style government dissolution or riots.

True, true. Note the "similiar". I don't want to clone him (although that's a neat idea), but rather have a person similiar to him in charisma, skill, insight and directness.
Someone who would have politicians with court cases being arrested before the first Parliament session begins, by the Police instead of the Marshall Guard.
Someone who would give our caountry and the society a kick in the ass we deserve.
Someone, who would not be afraid to arrest several Party leaders to ensure the proper outcome of the election (though first we need to get the Brzesc fortress back, or 'lease' it from Belarus. Or kill Lukaschenko.)

Yes, Conservatives, such as PiS, are as good if not better than the absolvents of important European economy/sociology-focused universities. Don't mind the fact most of the PiS party has only high school education, the fact they're European Conservatives makes them inherently better.

Considering that the PO-PiS coalition was wanted by the voters (at least judging by polls), and now they are making advances towards LPR (fascists), Samoobrona (anarchists with a Hileresque leader) and PSL (meaningless). Isn't this what they call stupidity?
