I agree Torontrayne, about the surreal feeling of the FMJ ending. To me it's one of those films in which I've never thought of a single character as an actor, though I guess I started doing that past a certain point in life and I was probably in my teens when I saw it the first time.

Y'all can laugh at me for liking this, it's OK, but it really makes the hairs on my arms stand every time. Bernard Hill is ace at delivering these Tolkien speeches, where is the horse and the rider etc.

Battle scenes are always cool, tho I've never been a LOTR fan.

Like it mostly because of the end bit:

Always the Western worlds fault. 7 out of 10.

I loved Clerks. I didn't like the second one as much.

Not exactly my favorite scene, but an incredibly memorable one.

I remember sitting for about ten minutes after finishing the film and wondering what the fuck just happened.

It turns out Stanley Kubrick had just blown my mind and I didn't even realize what was happening.

9/10 Using Ligeti and flashing lights, nice trick. It really gets the WTF going.

I think this scene made me instantly fall in love with this movie:

Also, Jes, if you're reading this be careful about going for bicycle rides in the middle of the night in weird places, or you cand end up like this guy.
