Okay, how bad an idea is this? There is no ressurection in Fallout, there is no cloning. Both would require some new technology, and new technology is something that just isn't happening in Fallout. There's no point in being in a Post-Apocalyptic setting if there are new technologies popping up right and left, especially ones so advanced as cloning and ressurection.

How? Canada most likely didn't have Vaults like the United States did. After all, they were annexed by the Unites States for the resources, not the people. Even if Canada had something similar to vaults, it's doubtful they had near the amount of vaults as the United States, nor did they have anything to organize them.
