8/10. Fantastic. Excellent background music, apparently. I was doing some editing work as I listened to this and I managed to finish cleaning up and leaving notes on four now-perfect pages thanks to the lift it gave me (and trust me-- four pages in six minutes is amazing given the material).

My sister was/is an "Indianese". She always tried to get me to like anime/j-pop and I just don't se the appeal. It's like 50% underage girls dressing skimpy and screaming incoherently, 50% weirdly feminine men being overly emotional. Like my sister had a weird crush on this "sasuke" from naruto (like to the point where she worte online stories about him :( ) and that seems what a lot of Japan fans are into, being obsessed/in love with fictional charaters/shows. That and I once went out with a dude really into Japanese culture and he (and his "nakama") was a total perv


maybe it's just me being unlucky but that's my experience with w/indianese

So, because you don't like a culture's cartoons, the cartoons that are geared toward teens and young adults, that makes you "strongly dislike" it? That's ignorant. Japan is not just anime, you do know that, right? And anime is not just for the younger sect, and certainly not all of it perverted, some is actually brilliant and worthy of being viewed (see Hayao Miyazaki).

Did you even click PainlessDocM's link, for starters? There is a difference between culture and pop-culture.

And you, from what I have seen (I don't really pay too much attention here), are one of the more polite posters. Always with the respect other people... but apparently not Japan. Because you know two people (who aren't even Japanese?) that are into certain anime, and that makes you strongly dislike what you deem "Japanese culture."
