Isn't it that Joker dude in Batman? I also noticed that you've quoted me in your signature, which makes me all warm inside (in a non-gay way).

7/10 to your avatar, not very original, but seeing the Pipboy (or is he called the Falloutboy?) in greasy hair alá el latino-style is kinda funny.
 
Dude this guy is Mark Hamil from Batman The Animated Series (90s American Cartoon from the same guys that did the 90s Superman Cartoon) From an episode where all the bad guys held a court session for Batman in the jail and the Joker was the Judge

sry never saw it, and since theres that band it (to me atleasT) seems more appropriate and makes more sense to say "PipBoy over FalloutBoy"

I seem to recognize that turtle from somewhere.... perhaps a cartoon?
reminds me of the turtle from Robin Hood movie (maybe im just crazy)
