Before I made my current one, I made a new one every few months.; all of them animated. Here are four:

Third is pretty amazing. Current is classic.

 

The the regular Aradesh has several seconds between movements... so it looks static ~until it winks at you.... and then peels its face back.

 

I am curious what are you using to animate them? I have so far really only managed to get some experience (very little) with flash and photoshop.

 

I can do photoshop gifs. Not new animations though. Not easily. At all.

 

Well, photoshop is for manipulating images, not making animations really. That's how I see it. As far as images goes, it's awesome. But if you have a gif with no clue 100 frames. Well. You do the math.
