Recommended games?

Shogun 2 def. takes some liberties with historical realism for gameplay. There are some mods out there that make things a little more realistic and not so gamey. It's a great game though right out of the box, one of the few TW games I played fully vanilla before switching to mods.

For someone who plays to relax i'll recommend this:

Bastion - levels are relatively short but there are a bunch of them, story is great. You won't regret it.
Rochard - short but entertaining, i liked the humor but the ending went over my head
Mini ninjas - DO IT NOW


From fps section i'll recommend:

Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl - no other game has managed to create such an atmosphere
Crysis series - if you can run it on full settings it is a beautiful game, the first game is the best.
Metro 2033 - also a very demanding game, unpolished though


From racing section i'll recommend Fuel some say it's a Motorstorm knock off i don't know i never played it

The only strategy game currently play is Anno 1404. the difficulty curve makes this game accessible to everyone. I also enjoyed c&c tiberium wars.
