But there is an increasing worry that while the Azov and other volunteer battalions might be Ukraine's most potent and reliable force on the battlefield against the separatists, they also pose the most serious threat to the Ukrainian government, and perhaps even the state, when the conflict in the east is over. The Azov causes particular concern due to the far right, even neo-Nazi, leanings of many of its members.

Dmitry claimed not to be a Nazi, but waxed lyrical about Adolf Hitler as a military leader, and believes the Holocaust never happened. Not everyone in the Azov battalion thinks like Dmitry, but after speaking with dozens of its fighters and embedding on several missions during the past week in and around the strategic port city of Mariupol, the Guardian found many of them to have disturbing political views, and almost all to be intent on "bringing the fight to Kiev" when the war in the east is over.

Btw remember that prison in Olenivka that was full of azov war prisoners and that just happened to be hit by a himars rocket. That was a weird coincidence dont you think?

From reading the reasoning and evidence posted in here it seems America now has it's path to colonialism that Russia would approve of:

I expect from you facts of genocide, for which Russian nationalists or Russian Nazis are responsible. The crimes of Stalin and the Bolsheviks do not count, since the Bolsheviks destroyed peoples based on class, and they themselves were not Russians. Don’t forget to provide sources, for example, US senators, articles from Western publications, studies by historians, verdicts of international tribunals, etc.

Your premise is wrong, the USSR did commit genocide on a racial and national basis, not just class. It was a thin attempt to veil their intentions. Deportation of local populations and replacement with settlers is one example of genocide. How do you think a Swedish village appeared in Ukraine? Deportation of native Swedes from Estonia. Similarly, the current regime is committing acts of genocide in the occupied parts of Ukraine, as recognized by the ICJ, by deporting children and replacing them with Russian settlers.
