Too much temple-ish/medieval-ish/whatever-ish? Or maybe it will fit nicely into Fallout?

There's already 18 pieces (excluding transparent windows).

Before Lizard will jump in... if the wall-ie gets done I'll release FRMs for everyone. No more excluzzzzive stuff for any mod from my side.

Will some MR's (or whoever's) "exclusive" wallsets be made for free too? If so, it's gonna be OK. Now, peer to peer system fails epically.

If not, I'd be pretty pissed off: grabbing BGE's ideas and plans/works of other artists and making them public without asking is nothing I'm actually looking for. It's fucking devaluation of work of X people and will not be accepted, I'm afraid.

Bad argument. This "receiving" has +/- two-sided and used to be discussed with me and CP, right? I don't think CP would be happy about sudden releasing of eg. some Morrow's Base parts. I guess you just wanted to piss me off and strengthen your indepence.

Still, we released a BGE Graphic Pack that has been "feeding" many modders for quite a long time, including MR, probably Lexx's projects, and so forth.

Contie does as contie does -that's why we love him. I'm glad he stayed until most of our art was done.

The orignal fallouts still have a good fanbase and modders - you just dropped in at, shall we say, a bad time.

Good for you. It is a shame that all the FO projects are not "open source" so to speak. Allot of cool art has been lost due to everyone being so possessive of it. Take the Russian art pack that was being incorporated into Fallout forever; has anyone seen that art in anything than screen captures? there was allot of nice stuff. Yurop is the ultimate example of this, although I think BGE and MR have much higher standards, it was still impressive at the time. Big egos and the want for exclusive eye candy is not something that is very helpful for the tiny FO2 modding scene IMO.

I look forward to seeing all of MRs art in Fonline in a few months time and more from Conti, the king of fallout art.

There are not enough projects on the go to make "exactly the same game before we even release our work" unless BGE is purely an art pack. I suspect we are the last of the big modding projects anyway, which is a sad thing to say.

Anyway. This is going nowhere. If you want to kill off Conti's motivation just ask him to make some ghosts and stuff for the lolz, like giant walking tacos.

Seriously, from time to time I was posting something (like A-Bomb, junky house, this fucking wall, etc.), but it was only related to art I made. I'm keeping my mouth shut about other things. I don't even bother myself to read design docs or play builds

Contie even didn't posted anything here about what he has done for me, and I make less updates about Shattered Destiny 2 than MR and BGE do together. (And I am thankfull about it because it is some pretty great art )

I don't like this harsh "no, I give out nothing!"-policy too. But I also can fully understand if someone wants to have some own unique art for their project too. It just becomes fugly when the project dies and nobody releases the finished graphics. I personally have absolutly no clue why this discussion here sowed up now. I bet, BGE has a shitload of new graphics already that haven't been showed anywhere yet. Whereas, I showed and released already most of the stuff I have done for Shattered Destiny 2. No clue how it is with MR, but I think it's similar like BGE-- a lot is done, some is shown to public already and some not.

Don't know what's the big deal with that now. Really.

Yes, Lexx, you're right *). I don't want to have BGE completely transparent and I think it's pretty logical. I must say, (almost) zero transparency of Resurrection is just great, mysterous, and objectively good for eventual players (provided they're really working ).

TBH, Lexx, most of MR art has been spoiled at some point in various pics if you look closely. There's not a lot of special art that's not been seen
