Scenery stuff and such...

Because of "special" Lizard's request I totally redesigned windows. Everything is looking even more weird now, which is good, because ALL retro futuristic shits are looking like that :yuck: Another plus is: it's looking less church-ish/temple-ish/medieval-ish/whatever-ish. And because of that is much more generic, and because of that there's a wider possibility of using it :D

So far wall-ie got:

EW:

2 x 16 + 2 x 32 of clean-ish (no details) segments,
2 x 16 of column-ish segments,
2 x 32 of ball-ish segments,
32 + 16 + 32 of window-ish segments,
32 + 16 + 32 of damaged, window-ish segments.

NS:

4 x 16 of clean-ish (no details) segments,
2 x 16 of column-ish segments,
2 x 16 of ball-ish segments,
16 + 16 + 16 of window-ish segments.

+ four corners.

Planned additions:

- MOAR damaged segments! (nice and shinny shitty shits are ugly, just like this smile --> :ugly:),
- segments for cross sections,
- some doorway/doors.
 
It's fucking weird, but I guess you'll change the design for X times till the stuff's finished anyway.

Now, when I'm more or less redeemed with this being completely disclosed, I don't have any stupid request related to the windows at all. You should have kept the former design, Contie. We're not about to "patent" anything, OMG. :lalala:

This was the best and most promising progress, IMO.

In the name of customization! :ugly: In other words: more different looking segments = better. Last wall-ie I made had 67 different looking pieces. This one has half of it - if I counted correctly.

Round-ish windows are safe as long they're sitting on PSD file. You don't need to use the new ones. It's something you'll not find in original walls: tyranny of choices! :D

- how windows are done: Trans Glass (or whatever that shit is in Mapper) vs. solid - done together with wall,
- small leaks at the top.

And no blue-ish background, which is fucking confusing! :yuck:

You can adjust windows transparency and color...

Walls are going in this order (I mean FRMs numbers):

- EW and NS intact,
- corners + cross sections,
- EW and NS round windows,
- EW and NS damaged,
- EW and NS doorways.

Tiles are starting from S corner and going anti clockwise.

Dunno. I have no any wet plans.

Last two things I made came from nowhere...

Been thinking about really large (and heavy) wall for some military base, maybe that raised highway, but I can't find any cool-ish, retro futuristic reference material (the biggest issue as usually :roll: ). I'm not Equilerex obviously...

But now my hands are shaking, my eyes are bleeding, and brain's processes stopped :freak:
