If you believe the story, scientist has proven woman tends to pick Smart man for both one night stand and long term relationship. :mrgreen:

"Women want the best of both worlds. Not only a physically attractive man, but somebody in the long term who can provide for them," says Mark Prokosch, an evolutionary psychologist at Elon University in North Carolina, who led the study.

To many women, a smart man will appeal because he is likely to be clever enough to keep his family afloat. But he may also pass on "good" genes to his children, say Prokosch and his colleagues at the University of California, Davis.
 
A study done by scientists concluding smart people are attractive?

They...uh...might have been a little biased, no?
 
It's combinations that get you women.


I, for instance, am smart, handsome, athletic, witty, well-hung, brilliant in the sack, well-dressed, I smell nice, have good hair, make decent money and am, most of all, very, very modest.

Well, they ought to qualify "smarts" a bit. Women don't care if you can write an advanced calculus textbook if it doesn't result in you being able to buy them more shoes.
 
Why are there so many researches that contradict each other? ANOTHER research said that women go for men that would be able to “protect” them in traditional big-and-burly kind of way.

To be honest, it’s all HORSECRAP. There’s no “women go for this, women go for that”, each and every woman is individual and has her own standards.

But if you really need a "standard" this is what I found out to work most of the time: A social, easy-going personality with a good sense of comedy.


But, again, every woman has her OWN standards, don't expect it to work on EVERYONE.

Looking at the article, they said "the best of BOTH worlds". That ........... makes sense doesn't it? If she can have athletic AND smart. Well.......

Bullshit! At least in my country women rather pick idiot dickheads.
But I don't usually get laid, so I maybe biased..

What is interesting to me, that scientists actually are coming up with "researches" like that. Whatever the outcomes of these "researches" are, it's their existence what bothers me most.
You can tell people are bored beyond control when you see shit like this.

My sentiments exactly, who gives a flying horsesh*t about any of these "researches"?


And I've been to Lithuania a couple of times actually, and I DON'T understand what women walk around with over there.

The women look GREAT, taken care of, in shape, seductive. But (most) men look like f*cking cavemen, I've never seen such disregard for personal hygiene. I mean, it's not difficult to get a haircut or buy fashionable clothes is it?

No offense to Lithuanian men, these are just my observations.
