So after all these DLCs... the Brush gun is still THE gun?

Mine is rather boring and pedestrian but it gets the job done:

.50cal Explosive (GRA)

Haven't yet found an enemy I couldn't one-shot. Hell, if they're packed tightly I can one-shot whole groups: Each enemy caught in the splash ALSO gets counted as a sneak-crit.

The protonic inversal axe has been my go-to weapon since leaving the Big MT. Kills most baddies in two swings, doesn't use any ammo, and provides a unique satisfaction in launching its victims 20+ feet in the air when it doesn't simply crush skulls.

Brush Gun has been my main weapon after the they hit the sniper rifle with a nerf bat. With GRA, Medicinal Stick is a permanent weapon in my inventory for my VATS needs. But I never leave home without AMR(mainly for Deathclaws) and Christine's Rifle.

Dude, for my sniper build characters that round turns my AMR into a flak cannon. Now in combination with the OWB perks, Cazadors have become a lot less frightening (they still scare the shit out of me though).

I've been using the war club from Honest Hearts and I actually managed to hit a higher DPS with it. The Protonic Inversal Axe was my go-to in the Big Mt. crater because of all the robots you run into, but there's a unique sort of satisfaction that comes from cleaning out Dead Wind Cave with a decorative chunk of wood shorter than your forearm.

Puts whole new emphasis on "BOOM headshot!"
