So I think my GPU is fried.

Small update: I've been running my new old GPU for a couple of days now, and it works like a dream. A lot more silent than the old one too. I guess it was constantly overheating after 8 years of use. I have double the framerate in MW MGSO 3.0 now with a lot of shaders activated. Dunno how it's gonna run newer games because I don't actually play any new games. Anyway, I'm happy.
 
I'm still on GTS 250 DK, which is basically rebranded 9800 GT - with chipset based on the same G92 architecture running at higher clock rate, and bigger amount of slightly faster VRAM. >_>
