So is the next Fallout game by Obsidian gonna be Isometric?

Wouldn't a game the scope of Tyranny (assuming that it is going to be the same size as PoE) require a relatively big team?

Sure. It probably would, but it's not going to be that big. They've said the game is smaller in scope and size (I remember hearing around 20 hours or thereabouts to get through it in some interview) and focuses more on reactivity.

Good. I'm tired of games with too much fluff that never knows when to fucking end.
Still, a shorter more reactive game could still require a ton of work.

Like, a big gameworld with tons of quest that are largely linear could end up taking just as much time as a game who's world is but a fraction and has half the quests but the quests have vastly more detail put into them.

Of course it takes a lot of work. The point is, though, that it's a conscious effort at making a smaller game with a smaller team.

I think Bethesda is gonna force Obsidian to use Fallout 4's engine. They want people to be familiar with the engine and game mechanics etc. It's very very likely going to be exactly the same as Fallout 4, like New Vegas was similar to Fo3.
