So I found this car the other day. It's the Chrysler ME Four Twelve. We're talking 850 horsepower at 5,750 rpm and 850 pound-feet of torque from 2,500 to 4,500 rpm. An OBSCENE 2.9-second 0-to-60-mph run and a 10.6-second quarter-mile at 142 mph. Top speed is 248 mph. This car is going to be on the road this summer. I really wish I was a millionaire.

My next car I think.

After months of rumors and speculation by numerous magazines around the globe, Volkswagen has released the first photos of what Volkswagen is calling the Concept R Prototype - a rear-wheel-drive, mid-engine roadster concept.
RWD? Mid-engine? In a Volkswagen? Yes folks, Dr. Pischetsrieder is obviously making his past history with BMW felt at VWAG and potentially setting the stage for an interesting future. The Concept R is a Golf V-sized two-seater powered by a 265hp 3.2l VR6 with power routed through a six-speed Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) transmission to the *REAR* wheels.

The design, lead by former Audi designer Peter Schreyer pushes the Volkswagen brand in yet another new direction. With some hints of the Honda S2000 in its flanks, the Concept R has a low-to-the-ground look with 19" wheels pushed out to the corners. The new headlamp design and grill treatment are testing the waters publicly for the next generation B6 Passat expected to be unveiled sometime next year. The interior treatments are very aggressive with a beefy chrome laden steering wheel and numerous electronics scattered throughout the cockpit.

I choose to not choose a sports car. How about a sports bike that would conquer all sports cars:

The Dodge Tomahawk

Guys, guys, the debate is over. The Nissan Skyline GT-R is hands down, the purest sports car ever made.

I can see myself crusing down Japan's legendary Wangan highway in an R33 GT-R (the car in the pic- the most recent generation is the R34), flashing my highbeams to challenge all comers. Oh, and MotoRexcan happily import one for you and muster up all the paperwork. I want an R33 so bad...

I saw a few road tests of the Tamahawk. Everyone is too scared to use all 500hp. Current 0-60 record is like 2.2 seconds, I believe. It's pretty tight..4 wheel independant suspension..I'd have to go with a different color than the base chrome/metal look. I'd the standard black w/flames. Then again, the bike I do own isn't black w/flames..I can't afford to get it painted.

A Ferrari looks and handles beautifull, or so I've been told, but aren't very comfortable. Aston Martin on the other hand make very comfortable cars, they just happen to be very fast as well.

Not sure if anyone posted this before (haven't bothered to read all 6 pages). The all Swedish sportscar which blow everything else out of the water when it comes to speed, the Koenigsegg:

Chevy Corvette Stingray.. yeah... thats the car i would buy... and If money's no option I'd buy 4.
