If 1 million people sign a petition, a ban on rendering multiplayer games unplayable has a chance to become law in Europe

A European initiative is now underway for videogame preservation and consumer protections against publishers "killing games."

Current progress pretty good, considering that there's a whole year to get the 1m signatures.

We don't really own the games anymore anyway. We own a license that allows us access to service that they provide. Couldn't they just cease the license or service?
