As yesterday goes: Most (if not all now) of the details are known. I don't think you will be seeing any bombs being drop about any of that.

JE left because of the many "fubar" choices Iply was making. The straw that apparently broke the camels back was when many of the people they needed to finish VB were pulled off it to work on FO:BOS2 (early Nov?). He then left to go to Midway to work on a new Gauntlet game (95% sure on the gauntlet game).

Remember, he was offered a few positions else where (obsidian) earlier, but turned them all down for his team and a chance to work on VB.
 
Some moronic x-box fanboy at gamefaqs made a topic about a key interplay project canceled you know what were most of the replies?

It wouldn't surprise me that they are thinking about it. But will anyone take it? Considering Trokia is working on a new Post-Apoc game already and Obsidian is putting its resources in KOTOR2 AFAIK. I would be scared to think who would get the rights...

Looks nice. The font is somewhat out of tune with the fifties, me thinks, but the rest looks pretty good. Power Armour without helmet. Cool.

Hm... I was wondering: the bold guy is wearing this grey suit with an organge collar, right. If you'd see that guy from the back, would'nt he be wearing something like that "bowling shirt" in JE's weird avatar from some time ago (with the 13 on the back)? Yeah, I'm pretty sure about that.
 
Not to mention it's on alpha stage, probably. Obviously, the finished product would look much, much better.
 
The graphics is all I had hoped for, and it's still only alpha. Beautiful. Now I feel even more depressed.

And that guy wears that suit from Sawyer's last avatar we wondered about. :cry:

There is some kind of prison camp thing going on.

Because the FO fans are far more protective of thier baby. To the point of being creepy. D&D is so huge and so varried that anything goes. The FO fans tend to have a very narrow definition of what is right and woe to you if you try to go against that. Thats why the FOBOS devs simply shut the doors the and ignored them following the backlash. FOBOS was never going to be a game for them , the devs realised and just hunkered down and did their job. And all credit to them for that.
