Great, great work! Definitely like Vault Boy (1), Long-haired Dude 1 (perfect combo of masculine and mane) and bald guy 2: perfect eyebrow tilt there! (1 is good too, but the stubble of 2 makes him look more "tough guy" and less "baby face").

I second the nomination of LionXavier as official NMA Vault Boy illustrator!

I really like that idea. I don't have a lot of free time lately, but maybe I could come up with some ideas about that somewhere in the near future.

These critters are in the Appearance folder in the Restoration Project...\Appearance\HMR00S02\art\critters. Use away...go for it.

1) If the link is acting up just try another time... Mediafire seems to give problems to some people sometimes but the file is still there and the link works.

2) As .Pixote. said above, use away.
