i rediscovered one of the greatest piano jazz artists of all times. bill evans playing "my foolish heart". some 10 years ago i tried adapt his style, and failed utterly. this is still so amazing... i have been to a lot of jazz concerts in the meantime, and there is rarely an artists that immediately captures me like him. sadly, he died of liver cirrhosis somewhere in the 80ties iirc. a damn shame.

edit: oh yay... one of my favorites that i could actually play on the piano... thanks to busy transcriptors all over the world. this one with monica zetterlund: (isnt she gorgeous?)

damn i love the coda, or however you people call the end of a song nowadays.

I'm listening to one hell of an epic song.

Art of Life - X Japan
29:00 long for the non-live version. It's awetastic.
After that finishes I've got Rocket Dive - hide.
