Morbid Angel - Immortal Rites
 
Couple of days ago I was listening to Dengue Fever. Cambodian jazz rock. It's awesome.

Anyway if any of you want to give it a shot, there is a mostly acoustic guitar song that I have stuck in my head and am trying to figure out which one it is. I don't know the lyrics and the lyrics are only in a small part of the song. Here is the link to my pitiful humming a couple of bars (if you can't hear it then turn up the volume):

Anyways, Silencer- Death Pierce Me

Overall, I cant understand the hype. Its like Bethlehem with much worse vocals. Quite unnecessary.

Hahaha. The first time I heard him scream I laughed out loud for a minute. I think most of his popularity comes from the grim picture of him in a wheelchair.

I think the guy behind silencer tries to be the new varg in ways of idiocy, but has yet to grasp how to make good music.

Nattramn dying cat vocals are indeed what turns most off from Silencer. Sterile Nails and Thunderbowels is still all the same an awesome song imo.

That and this little story that I am still not sure the credibility of.

"The band split up supposedly because Nattramn was institutionalized, but apparently he is back now with an industrial/dark ambient project called Diagnose:Lebensgefahr.

(Supposedly) When Nattramn escaped from department 57 at the Psychiatric ward in Växjö (shortly after the recording of Death-Pierce Me) he wrote a note detailing; "I'm gonna kill little girls and be as famous as Thomas Quick". He struck two girls with an axe in a playground at Vattentornsskogen in Småland, Ljungby, after attempting to escape on a bike. He demanded to the police to kill him. The injury to one of the girls was one millimeter from penetrating her skull to her brain, however the girl is now all well.

Nevertheless, that song still has the best vocal work of Silencer.

Anyways: Bethlehem - Als ich noch Caulerpa Taxifolia erbrach

Translates into : "When I still vomited Caulerpa Taxifolia"
