Huh, I figured they would at least bundle it with a bunch of other things mod authors have done for their game that BGS will claim as their own.

They can Nickel and dime things this way, they would make less if they bundled it up. Not like fans will care either way, they'll defend it because sheeple use entitlement as a inane argument.
