Coming with their post-apocalyptic-themed games, that is! Here's a quick update on the latest upcoming games:
4A-Games (the creative team of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.,according to this guy) has announced it's working on Metro 2033, a 3D action-oriented horror/action/survival FPS "with elements of RPG" set to be released Q4 2008 (getting deja vu yet?). It is based on the Metro 2033 books. You can see some screenshots here.
Work is steadily continuing on the Cleaners, the 23th-century post-apocalyptic non-linear isometric cRPG (featuring 100 weapons, 200 NPCs, 80 monster-types and, uhm, unique combat designed especially for the game). For a bit of progress viewing, check out the screenshots.
And you may recall Hard Truck, the game completely slaughtered in the reviews. Well, what we forgot to mention out of fear of maffia reprisals is that they're completely ignoring the reviews and working hard on their second baby, set to be released in Q3 2006 (aka, roughly now), called ExMachine: Meridian 113 (no English title or release date given yet). Have some screenshot fun here.
Thanks Agent Orange.
