It certainly isn't bad, just a little to hazy and the composition could be much better.

I like the small characters you see on the right. Those are just adorable.

The buildings might be a tad too small compared with what else is in thecomposition, but I like the overall feeling of it.

What medium did you use to make this? I could take a stab at it, but my eye isn't really trained in the arts.

I know what you mean... it could be worked on but i'm quite pleased as it is, I was not going for ultra realism anyway... I felt atmosphere was more important. Only photoshop was used. Thanks for comments.
