Hey, here in Holland that might actually work...
In Serbia (it is Serbia, right?) small chance, I guess...
At least, from what I've heard of, the government doesn't really care about legal rights. Please correct me if I'm wrong, the whole shit over there is kind of complicated, and the only real way knowing something about what's going on there is living there. Even here, in Holland, there was a lot of propaganda on the goddamn NEWS.
 
errr, not quite... you see, there are a lot of stupid people... they don't care what's going on. they just say "shut up, it could be worst than this, THEY hate us"... these people are for this regime... I say fuck them all, why can't I have a normal life because of some stupid assholes who don't want any pleasure in their lifes, just to survive. I'd also like to have a normal telephone (stayble) connections with ISP, not to mention that I would kiss someone's ass for DSL or some other connection. And that's only for comuters. I'd like to have fun, to go out and... have fun :-) I'd like to have 2 team in the Champions league, I'd like to have a Visa card so I could preorder games on the net, get money out of web sites, pay to people working for me... I'd like to have a gir... shut up, it's enough *Miro slaps himself for ranting again*

also tell the military police to piss off, unless they allow you to update your website while your there, which is ok.
if they don't just say "hydra told me i can't go", they'll understand, or break your legs, either way is good. cause then u can't go :)

Sounds like you need to move to a far, far away place.

Maybe you could smuggle yourself out, and then go to someplace in the western world, and settle down with a brand new DSL line and a 1gHz computer ;)

The army keeps calling me asking me to join for free tuition ($30k). I've got my future planned, and the Army is not part of it. The horror stories concerning the "boot camps" are pretty discouraging too.

The "draft" was done away with back in the 1970s. My prediction: There will never be another war where men are pitted against men at least with the United States. We have enough long range weapons, special ops, helicopters, and other stuff to not even bother with drafting people. The men are only there to keep the peace, not fight for it.

In Fallout (the game) the world existed in the post-fallout world, after the radioactive particulates in the air had settled (the actual fallout). That takes maybe a few years with normal nuclear weapons.

However with cobalt nuclear weapons the blast damage isn't very large but the radioactive fallout lasts anywhere from ten to fifteen years, longer than any food supplies can hold out vault or no vault.

Truly the end of the world for the human race as the entire population of the planet dies of starvation and/or radiation poisoning.
