Too small/unreadable fonts on certain sites

I'm having this problem lately: certain sites show up and the font is simply too small to be easily read by me. I'm talking 0.5 millimetres fonts. Like in this screenshot:

I'm sure it's easy to fix this, but I'm too dumb. I circumvent (?) this by copy pasting the text in Notepad or something but my comp didn't use to do this. A typical example would be Babelfish. It used to show up perfectly legible, but now it's like in the screenshot above: dwarven writings.

How do I fix this?

This might be too obvious but on Internet Explorer did try the pull down menu - View - Text Size - Larger?

On a side note, this is one of the reasons that I like Mozilla Firefox. Because changing the font size is as simple as "CTRL +" and "CTRL -".

It's also possible to have Firefox enforce a minimum font size. :)

Join us, alec. Get on the bandwagon.

Well, even if you hate firefox, use something else - ANYTHING ELSE - other than IE

Opera or Chrome or even Safari - something!!

Don't use Firefox! It sucks.

And yes I have tried it, and I hated it.
Your face sucks. You have to try it again. And keep trying it. Try it until you like it.

an opera is fine too

I never quite figured out why people care so much about what browsers other people use.

Though I should note that often, if you've grown used to Iexploder, the initial adaptation period is a pain, but once you're used to it the experience of Chrome/Opera/Firefox is superior. Microsoft products just aren't all that good.

But use whatever the heck you want.

This thread is stupid btw

I've always kind of hoped that it was just a joke.

Duh, alec made it.

Anyways, try another browser, alec. Anything - upgrade to IE 7, even.

T_T Why do you say such hurtful things.

Also, I approve of the reference at the end of your post, but I hate opera too. I still use IE and am only slightly ashamed to say it.

IE can be used relatively safely, if you take appropriate measures: latest security patches, regular antivirus/antispyware scans, disable ActiveX, avoid pr0n and warez sites. Though with SQL injection attacks and malicious banner ads, even reputable sites can serve up viruses these days.

Okay. You just made me feel incredibly stupid. Thanks. Works like a charm.
