How come Sulik's combat armor is lacking shoes and what power armor did not come in a plus size for Vic?

Sulik's a tribal and tribals always are barefoot to keep the connection with Mother Earth.

In Vic's case the armors look like the originals were pasted on, which looks kinda shitty. I really like the little details on the PA.

is the resolution patch mentioned in the news post included in the 1.2.1 restoration installer? I download it and put it on top of the restoration install, and i didn't notice any visual differences

Resolution patch works fine. Read the readme that comes with it.
