Wasteland 2 drive in the final 24 hours

Goddamnit, I cannot take this euphoria anymore, I'm gonna up my pledge as well, even thought I'm beyond broke.

If i'm not wrong Brian Fargo told that he would personnaly invest 100 000 $, which is why initially the goal was 900 000 $, and not 1 million. So, even if it reach $2.9M, we could consider that it's $3M, no ? Anyway now the total is $2.85M (K+P, without B.F. investing personnaly).

He will not give the 100k anymore, because he said that the project needed 1 mil, but lowered to 900 k in fear of not reaching that sum
 
He said, he would put in personal $100k if Wasteland 2 stays under a million, if I remember correct.

We are having a live streaming party tonight from 10pm-12am EDT to celebrate the green light of production on the game. Our Kickstarter does not close until 5am the next morning, but we wanted to get some of our friends and family together to celebrate this little bit of history and share it with you. In attendance will be Nolan Bushnell the founder of Atari, Chris Avellone and a few other surprise guests. I remember being anxious the day before they opened up the project, because for us old-school gamers this really was a "put your money where your mouth is" moment. Had it failed, the "I told you so" cries from every RPG Shooter fan would have been intolerable.

I'm happy to see that it wasn't just a tiny little group of people making noise.

The day before the project started, I seriously wondered if they'd be able to hit that 800K goal. Those doubts were happily erased in less than 48 hours.
 
That was actually the only doubt I had about getting the $75 pledge.

Will I be able to keep myself from playing the beta? Time will tell.
 
Counter just hit 60k good people, it's really closing on $ 3 million , but only 4 hours left. Keep my fingers crossed though

Seriously. ~$10,000 to hit the 3 million mark with 3 hours to go. C'mon...
 
Goddamn, so close! I want to increase my pledge, but I'm already going to be fetching water with buckets for a month because of this. >_<
 
I'm pretty sure NMA's chip-in was already donated and is part of the either the kickstarter or paypal tallies. Don't quote me on that though.

Update: Less than 3.5k to go.
