Wasteland 2 Update: new music sample and dialog info

Now the question is, if they have such a tool. They didn't mentioned it in the update, which I would have expected, somehow.

I think he was saying they would use Ruby as a postprocessing tool to extract the strings for i18n translation, not as part of the runtime. (He mentioned C# -- .NET or mono? CLR is adequately efficient with proper optimization.)
