What are your favorite fallout quotes?

Reviving this thread with my new favorite quote.

"What the fuck are you looking at?, Are you wearing a fucking wire?, I swear to fucking God I'll break your fucking kneecaps"
-Mr New Vegas

Wah? You can talk to Mr new Vegas?
No, he says it over the radio.

The full quote is "Nero is reported to have said, and I quote 'What the fuck are you looking at?, Are you wearing a fucking wire?, I swear to fucking God I'll break your fucking kneecaps'", but I left that part out because it sounds a lot funnier out of context.

There's quite a few I like.

You might be able to tell by my signature, but some of the lines the Lieutenant comes out with I find hilarious. He's such a sarcastic and patronizing guy but he's clearly intelligent.

My favourite quote of his however has to be:

Lieutenant said:
"An insult, how droll. I'd define that word for you but that would be a waste, wouldn't it?"

I need to go to hospital to get that burn treated.

Mr House said:
"If you want to see the fate of democracies, look out the windows"

Mr House said:
"We don't have to dream we're important, we are."

One of Veronica's responses to "How do you join the Brotherhood?"

Veronica said:
"More sexual favours than I can count. I am still exhausted.

Actually you're born into it."

Something like that but it's funny as hell to me.

Harland said:
"And I bet he told you it's the creator's will for you to risk your ass, instead of him, right? Good luck with that! I'd give you a hand but no thanks. I may look like a corpse, but I'm partial to living!"

I'd say one of my ultimate favourites though is the Master's last line if you convince him the Super Mutants are sterile.

The Master said:
"Leave now, leave while you still have hope."

"It's said war - war never changes. Men do, through the roads they walk. And this road... has reached its end. ” — Ulysses.

"The day I set my flag down, it'll be over my body or over a nation I believe in. ”
— Ulysses
Roger Cross, the only other person I can think of to articulate the arc words of Fallout (and even subvert them). It was a bad call having Brian T. Delaney replace Ron Perlman as narrator.

To keep the Ulysses quote train going:

"Two are more alike than you know, too wrapped in the wrong bits of history to see ahead. Not judging. I know how it is. People are like couriers, you and him. Sometimes don't even know the message they bring."

"The Courier knows the way. And at the Divide, he/her and I - there, we'll have an ending to things."

"Who are you, that do not know your history?"

"Home isn't where you're born into this world. You taught me that. Part of your message, whether you meant it or not. Can be a place of mind, a moment where you know who you are, the history of it. And they can be places you breathe life into."

"If we cannot prevent what comes, then let us make our stand here. Two Couriers, together, at the Divide."

Elijah's introduction to Dead Money.

You've heard of the Sierra Madre Casino.
We all have, the legend, the curses.
Foolishness about it lying in the middle of the City of the Dead, buried beneath a blood-red cloud.
A bright, shining monument luring treasure hunters to their doom.
The world's most famous stars and entertainers were invited to its Grand Opening.
An invitation was a sign of... exclusiveness.
The opening was supposed to symbolize a road to a brighter future, not just for the world...
... but for all who came to its doors.
A chance for anyone to begin again.
Except - the Sierra Madre never opened.
The war froze it in time, like a big flashbulb going off. The Grand Opening - one big ending of humanity.
It's still out there, in the Wastes, preserved, just waiting for someone to crack it open. But getting to it. That's not the hard part.
It's letting go.

“I've made a lot of tough decisions since I took this position. But none of them harder than this one. You saved us, but you'll kill us. You're a hero . . . and you have to leave.”
— Overseer Jacoren

How about when you've just returned with a chip and he's telling you to destroy the mutant threat...to a low intelligence character.

Overseer Jacoren said:
*upon remembering he's talking to a complete fucking idiot* "Oh yeah erm, it's like this. There is a bad place where the bad mutants come from. It is bad. Vault is good. Please go destroy bad place."

Not forgetting "Just gimme the chip!" And "Yes...you can touch things."

Loxley's reaction to a low intelligence character.

Loxley said:
"Well ne-me ne-me nem neh! How did a total moron such as yourself get past my defenses? Sorry, no idiot savants allowed we like good conversation here. Jasmine show our drooling friend the door please."

Others:

Loxley to a normal intelligence player said:
"Let's get the other bit of politeness taken care of shall we? WHAT THE BLOODY, BLOODY, BLOODY HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE!"

Set said:
"Listen walker I don't do the deal with norms, so blowing smoke up the tail ain't going to get you head seat at the table.

One more classic:

Set said:
"The mutants at the watershed need dirtnaps. Makes my shadow grow. You slice 'em and rewards run to you. Info too."

Honestly I could list the classic Fallouts all day so I should probably stop now and just say:

Nearly every character from the first two Fallouts said:
Something awesome, funny, memorable, etc.
