What did you do first?

Oh wow, calm down on the new threads man :p

Why is that interesting to know? I think I always kill the Master first anyway, because I often forget about Mariposa.

For some reason I mostly end up wrecking Mariposa base before messing up the Master's head(s). Could be that I get captured by mutants most of the time and taken there. ;)

Just trying to keep the Fallout section alive man.

I killed the master first.

Well, I didn't kill him. I just talked him into killing himself, which is kinda better in my opinion.

Plus to be honest after I had serious trouble getting to Morphious (those damned Nightkin guarding him) I kinda felt killing the Master personally wasn't an option.

You avatar kinda looks like Otacon from MGS. If you ever played it...

The last time I got that far in F1 was like 10 years ago. I still play the game almost twice a year but eventually stop playing for one reason or another.

Anyway I skipped the mutant base and just killed the master and figured that was good enough.

Well, it's an efficient underground bunker, of course there will be some similarities.
Also, there's the technical limitations, so it made sense for the devs to reuse some wall tiles and so on.

Isn't it funny how similar Mariposa looks to a vault?

Years ago when I played Fallout 1 for the time, when I reached Necropolis I allowed the Super Mutant guarding the water shed take me to the 'lou'.
When I saw Mariposa I honestly thought it was a Vault of some kind. (as well as just a random location rather than something tied into the main plot)

Killed the Master, didn't bother with prioritising Mariposa on the first playthrough. However, on the second playthrough, I was sure to rope in the BOS to help me.
