Well CC- if we are to make the over generalization that one's choice in guns is a reflection of one's own sexual proclivities I would say that El Prez's small gun reflects that he appreciates powerful, stylish and potent, and that size is not an issue for him.

THe PPK is again a weapon of high craftsmanship, popularized in James Bond flics as the cool weapon of the guy who's got it all together.

NOte the contrast between wanting a big gun, with lots of firepower that shoots a lot of bullets. Or a big gun that fires a huge projectile.

So maybe El Prez is, in fact, got a woody the size of a racehorse.
