What do you think is sexy (for gun lovers)

I was always curious of that, too.

Couldn't think of much besides it looks badass.

Strike fear into the enemy with your cool looking gun!

THe problem with the Frickin' big grenade launcher, the ARPAPOP is that it's too fricking big.

A good weapon for an infantry man has to be economical, light, capable of precise fire and sustaining fire in a combat effective range, and should be simple. If the gun breaks down, it needs to be cleaned.

This gun just looks silly. It also smells like someone is trying to get the army to pay for new contracts on tax dollars.

Some of those other weapons look pretty good.

A couple paintball markers (guns)...

My baby, the Spyder TL Plus

I've got an All American barrel on mine, though, which makes it kick even more ass than the stock model...which ain't bad, itself.

Heh...first thing I remember of a destroyer's guns going off was the Chief standing next to me telling myself and a few others about how the guns were. He said it's one gun you'll never get used to and it will jar your balls around, even for someone my size. He was right. Those fuckers are loud and fierce.

As for handheld guns, I prefer the Steyr AUG HBAR-T, or pretty much any of the Steyr rifles. It's not really for the looks, either, it's just that the design is great for my large hands and I often like a bullpup design for precision aiming. For a rifle nut's wet dream, the Walther WA2000 is pretty damn sweet, though it is a bit heavy for most, as it's 16 lbs empty. The Parker-Hale M-85 is also a very nice piece.

I prefer the FN P-90 PDW.
It has a 50 round mag, and is just plain gucci looking.

Ok, speaking of guns, I'd like to gun the below pic

That's one of the guns on the AC-130 isn't it, it also has a Howitzer.

You win with the action express Malk. That pistol kicks ass.

*edit* woops, didn't mean to quote the picture. Sorry Snake.

3D psychosniper: Man that is one fine looking piece of military hardware! And the gatling gun is nice too.

To someone's question about bullpups: I was told that bullpups are designed to reduce the overall length of the firearm. This can be done because the entire barrel is moved behind the trigger hand, shortening the overall lenght by using the previuosly unused space in the stock. Of course I also heard that bullpups suffer from balance problems inherent to the fact that the weapons are 'taller' than traditional models. They are more wobbly along the weapons barrel axis. Can anyone back me up on this?

t depends on the bullpup. Some, like the P90 are pretty steady (I've shot a jappenese made BB gun version of one that a cousin of mine in the military said was balanced like the real thing)

However, if you use both hands it counteracts the top heavy effect then you can fire on ful auto with enhansed control.

Bullpup is good for in close control, but is not the best thing for shooting at range.

If you're referring to me, I was aware of that, but thanks. I figured there were too many directly linked pics on this page since I'm on broadband and it was significantly slowing down.

Oh really?

Nothing beats this piece, nothing, not even a big freaking grenade-launcher or a minigun.
