What Happened To Miroslav?

First time out of the vault
I recently read some earlier posts from this website, and pondered: Where did Miroslav and Odin go?

Miroslav was called for two years into the Serbian-Montenegran army (mandatory military service), and handed the keys to Odin at that point. He never returned to active postnig but is doing fine as far as I know.

Odin, uh, got addicted to WoW I guess. No, seriously, his job and family just took up most of his attention and thus he faded into the background. He's still in touch with the rest of us admins and actually does some tech work on NMA, just in the background.

But that was almost ages ago, we are just Serbia now, too bad he did not come to post again :/

what happened with the well-liked Roshambo if we are already at asking about "old-forum-users"

Why do I have the feeling you've asked before?

Anyway, Rosh was in and out for a while. He was active during the BoS era but then disappeared again. He returned a while into Fallout 3's PR cycle noticeably upset with the way NMA admins had handled NMA's response (aka "wait and see", which was the official NMA stance until the first preview). Conflict followed, no resolution, so he left.

*shrugs* maybe I did ? Dunno >.< ... don't forget I am goldfish.

On the other side I was more interested if someone knows how is doing now. I mean he has to do something no >_>

On the other side. It seems quite a lot of people disappeared. But that is normal I guess.

Rosh claimed to be drilling a team to make a game, but no details were ever disclosed so far as I know.

Are you the only active admin Brother None and Odin now?
Or are there other guys just not posting?

Dude Per posted literally one post above yours. Per, me and Sander are what you'd call active. Michael Grizzly drops in occasionally. Welsh and Odin drop in rarely.

Maybe it's time for a few extra administrators...I'm sure there are worthy candidates out there, somewhere. :look:

Am I dreaming or weren't most of these questions asked quite a few times already?

Anyway, if you really want to find out about oldies, feel free to check out the NMA history thread. I think the old forum is still archived.

Maybe we should start another thread, something like "Where are they now..?"

I haven't seen DDD at all, nor Ashmo, or that other guy who used to make fun of manga.

Welsh was just posting in the gun thread. I guess he's too busy to do the usual Economist posts.

This might be a funny question but was anyone who worked on Fallout game (i.e. ChrisA) ever logged on NMA?

Jesse Heinig posted some stuff not too long ago (I think). There was a thread about it. It was about ghouls and FEV, if my memory serves me right.

And call me an ignorant, cause I am that and I'm still pretty new here, but I think I've seen some very old posts made by J.E. Sawyer...somewhere...

Yes. Fallout devs used to post here on occasion but back in the day most people who posted on NMA posted on the Interplay forums too, so eh. Troika devs stopped by on occasion as do Obsidian devs.

Bethesda and Obsidian devs do read NMA, that much we know. They're not supposed to post here, though.
