Strobe Jenga
Okay, when a friend of mine were in college we were bored and created Strobe Jenga. You play Jenga (I think that how it's spelled) with a strobe light. Every time the Jenga fell, whomever made if fall downed a beer, or did a shot and whomever had the least drinks set it up and started the next round. It takes a while for things to get going but the games always ended with no one being able to set the Jenga back up. Also, to speed things up we would slpeed up or slow down the strobe at random.
You guys should try it, lead to many a hazy weekends. Another variation if strip Jenga for the exhibitionist in all of us
(Not fun with just guys... but tons of fun with sorority girls)

Halo Drinking Playoffs.
Heres how it works.
Get a group of at least 4 people (more will be better for future drunk levels will increase.
Begin playing Halo deathmatch style(all for all)
The winner will take two shots of vodka
The loser will take 4 shots
everone else must take 1
This way, if you lose, you get too trashed to play, and if you win, you wont play as well, giving the middle people a chance to win and get more drunk.
