Where do I find ammo for the BB gun?

I'm not sure, but perhaps Jonny's BB gun in Modoc is fully loaded? That should give you some extra ammo.
There is a Limited Edition BB gun in the Sierra Army Depot, might be fully loaded as well, I'm not sure.
North of Modoc you might encounter traders that sell BB guns, again: they might be fully loaded, but I'm not sure.
I remember seeing BB ammo and even a Limited Edition BB gun in the inventory of that NCR shopkeeper, Buster he's called I think, so check NCR.
If all of that fails, check the shopkeepers in San Fran. I'm sure there's more BB ammo in the game, but I don't know the exact locations.

Try Buster in the NCR Baazar or Duppo the midget merchant inside the city. Those two often have BBs for sale
