Wheres the chosen one during the events of new vegas?

I hope so too.
but I prefer RP's way because I don't want ghost to cheating me.

Personally, for me only Interplay's Fallout RPGs are canon. Fallout 1/2/VB are the holy trinity, every other game was a disappointment for me
for me, Nv also include in good Fallout.

Most likely he was exploring, crashed his Highwayman by Novac, and due to age and the hazards of the Wastelands, became No-Bark.

you know i swear no bark is probably him
i wish that was canon, maybe even an optional No bark editor to make him look like an old chosen one

Well, with J.Sawyer's mod installed the "Classic Pack" with the Vault 13 jumpsuit is located at the site of a crashed highwayman....

Where do you think the chosen one is during 2282 and what do you think he's doing? Still living in Arroyo or exploring the wasteland? He should still be alive and he should be around 60 years old. I had this theory that no bark noonan was the chosen one. No one remembers his real name, he's the right age, the highwayman is just outside novac, he makes a reference to wanamingoes and the talking rat, and the 223 pistol is found in novac. I gave him the armored vault 13 suit and pretended he was the chosen one gone senile just as a joke. Anyone else have any interesting theories?

I have a theory on the result which in my opinion made yours I would be happy to know

I think The Chosen One (Narg in cannonicall) stayed in New Arroyo and would have had a child and then he would have gone exploring for years and then some ex-Enclave soldier finds him and kills him maybe it's for we don't hear too much about Narg anymore because he's dead

Why do you think Narg is the canon Chosen One?

In my headcanon The Chosen One lived in an actual house just off screen and was really annoyed that it only took one bad harvest for their village to devolve into a bunch of dirt worshiping moon howlers. They were surprised how about how fast they were able to convert the nearby ruined theme park into a temple of trials though.

After they blew up the oil rig, they assumed leadership of the tribe and vault dwellers. they were known to whip objects like fruit and coffee cups at the heads of the citizens of the town whenever they said or did something stupid.

Sticking with my original theory from five years ago I like to think that my Chosen One got pretty bored with being Arroyo Elder and took the sheet off the old faithful Highwayman to abandon his post and go adventuring for a while, leaving the leadership of the city in the hands of his trusted family. Basically like some old boomer trying to relieve their golden years on a nostalgia bend, heading East to try and track down Marcus and Cassidy. Due to being rusty in his driving skills and the Highwayman being literally rusty, he ends up crashing in the Mojave. Survival seems mighty unlikely, but then again there's no body....so maybe he's out further east across the Colorado, trekking by foot.

Yes in canonically

What gave you that idea?

I honestly think the Chosen One just settled down somewhere and rested. I mean that's kind of what the Vault Dweller did after their adventure, it wouldn't surprise me if neither were really the adventuring type, they were just doing a job really.

Also, a but off topic, but I do consider RP project canon, it really doesn't contradict much when it comes to Fallout lore (especially seeing how Fallout lore is even more unstable than my brain), and it doesn't take away anything from the main game. It sits there and is also kinda fun. It saved Fallout 2 for me I can tell you that much.

Who knows? Personally I suspect he followed in his ancestor's footsteps - ruled Arroyo wisely, then went out on more adventures. The Crashed Highwayman is an easter egg, but it could be an implication that he has been to Vegas at some point.

(also I don't think Arroyo is part of the NCR)

Maybe he still rules New Arroyo to this day, in-between new adventures. But keeps out of the public eye for the most part. I like the idea that the Chosen One now goes around the north, exploring the Pacific Northwest, creating diplomatic links with its peoples, trading, finding new tech and generally having a grand old time adventuring, before returning home.

I can't find anything about Narg being the Chosen One on the wiki.

Actually I found proof that the Chosen One isn't any of the pre-made characters. Because it's canon that the Chosen One was born in "3 March 2221", making it aged 20 at the start of Fallout 2.

Narg is 21 years old, so he's 1 year older than the canonical Chosen One, Chitsa is 19 (1 year younger) and Mingan is 32.

So that means that in canon, none of the pre-made characters are the Chosen One.

Also, take whatever you read on the wiki with a grain of salt, unless they have genuine sources for their "facts". A lot of stuff in the wiki is just headcanon of whoever wrote it, without sources or with sources that don't really back up what's written on the articles.

These are the only characters that matter in the series now.
