you mean they did not cared to "work" around that part. They might have just completely ignored it cause they seen it eventualy not as important enough, but I am sure its less a issue of engine limitations considering the fact that Bethesda has full access to the engine and could do what ever they want with it given enough time of course. Hell the most simple way would have been eventualy to let the MFC ammo work like a "spell" in the end which just has a pretty long time before it wears of and you have to "cast" it with a item again. It works with alchemy and drugs where they would increase stats this items could increase the defence of your character and decrease the weight of any armor and a simple script check could have let this only work when the player is using a power armor.Ausir said:Actually, it is T-45d, which was confirmed by JE Sawyer (lead designer of Van Buren and Fallout: New Vegas).
