But paying for windows as a service a.k.a. annualy (to pay evry fucking year) is way over the line by microsoft ( I'mean sure You get a 1year free subscription they claim but after that is "show'em the money" annualy)

I need to save up to buy a brand new computer, because every fucking game I play has this problem where is starts lagging and the sound gets distorted (as if everything, including the sound, suddenly decided to go super slow-mo. The mouse also lags during this time). This eventually goes away, but after a set amount of time (10 to 30 minutes) it happens again.

I use Windows 8.1 (big mistake) because I wanted to test Unreal Engine. I used mostly Linux Mint, but then started to work with Unity3D and had to spend more time in Windows.

I use Windows 8. It's not as terrible as everyone makes it out to be.
