Who's your perfect buddy?

Cassidy... for all the reasons already mentioned plus the fact that he was based on a great character of the same name from the comic 'Preacher'.
 
Best group: cassidy, dogmeat and sulik. And its the most realistic choice too. Think 3 men and a dog???... or woman 2 men and a dog. :?

Dogmeat. He's all I had in FO1 cause I was such a bad, bad person... no one else would travel with me. And in FO2, if I remember correctly, he'll kill anything in three bites.
 
Sulik, Cassidy, Vic, Marcus and Skynet - my best drinking party (with Skynet delivering them from Wooz in Gecko - after killing off half of New Reno population).

Or Tycho, Ian and Katja (Dogmeat too). IAN & Tycho for fire support and Katja for *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge* 'other' activities.... :D
 
You can take it away from him and stick it up his ass and pull the fucking trigger 'till it goes klick! Nobody fucks with the Jesus!

What? There are other NPCs than Sulik? Do I have to get outside The Den to meet them? jk people, my favorite one was Sulik because he's great with just about every melee weapon. Too bad you never find his sister, maybe he would be "grateful" you saved his ass and "offered" his sister to you...

Worst NPC is Myron, IMO... I used to kill him as soon as I didn't need him anymore. He's so gay!

Bessides, i gived to Cassidy The Gauss Rifle that i have get from Dumont (Yooourrr Gauss Rifle ? Well, you don't will need it when you are dead, so, take those Super Stimpacks), because i was a unarmed Fighter !!
 
I usually take Sulik with me but only for a short period of time because I always sell him to the slavers. Cassidy and Goris are my favorite team mates.
....I almost forgot, I also take Vic but only for shooting him in the head, I don't know why but I have a strange pleasure in doing this, it is almost turning me on.
 
In Fallout 2 I always wanna have Miria, Dogmeat, K-9 and... Cyberdoggie? Ya know, the other dog...
 
IMHO Cassidy is absolutely overrated. He gets the least kills in my party.

- Skynet joins up having 10 action points already.
- Give Sulik a Grease gun or H&K P90 and let him charge.
He shreds people in no time from melee distance with those.
12 AP and low AP cost from those 2 SMGs make up to two
insane damage bursts per turn, it´s awesome.

But I think the real ownage is Marcus. A sh**load of AP
an HP. Give him a Pulse or - if you have a small party - a Bozar
and see him hosing down the hood.
