kaelef said:The good/bad news is that it's very unlikely Bethesda cares enough about "hardcore Fallout fans" to be throwing any bones at them. There simply aren't enough of those to produce a multi-million-dollar game for. Whatever their reasons for handling FONV they way they did, that certainly wasn't one of them.

Depends on how well Fallout new vegas did in the sales department.
But i doubt it

Dude, it's making money hand over fist. You've seen the NDP estimates on the main page, right?
Bugs are to be expected and, so long as the patch rolls out sooner than later, may even be forgotten. They added so much on top of what Bethesda gave them (hardcore mode, crafting, 40% more dialog, a new internal dialog system, faction reactivity, etc) that I'm sure Bethesda is understanding of the difficulties Obsidian had to hurdle.
I doubt Fallout 4 will be made by them but I'm sure we'll see them work on the franchise again.

I just think that if Beth explained alot of the errors in F3, then it would have been a great game.
Obviously, they shipped the game knowing there were 200+ quest and scripting issues to be fixed.
