Will Smith is a superhero... but he doesn't give a shit?

I think racism is affecting all of you guys judgment. Go to a Klan meeting or something. All of yall playa haters out there need to represent. Will Smith is the best thing since sliced bread. Not the white kind either godamnit.

YEAH!

KILL WHITEY!!!!

Smith is just fine for these kind of films. What would you prefer, Paul Newman? It's cheap comedy for cheap laughs.
Although he doesn't get this ''whatever'' attitude too well as seen in this trailer. It seems too overdone. I'd prefer someone like BB Thornton, though he probably depleted he's don't-give-a-shit-drunkard potential with Bad Santa.

usually I like will smith movies just because he's the Fresh Prince... this movie, tho, doesn't seem to have the "prince" factor.

Strangling the dog was a strong moment? The hell it was.

It was so obviously going to happen from the beginning of that scene on. And it wasn't even well executed. Yeah, he hugged it, it turned, then he choked it while looking bored. Great acting my ass. The whole idea of him hugging it when it's most likely going to turn any second was stupid enough -- sole friend or not, he knew it was going to happen.

'sides, if he used the serum that un-turned one of the rats and nearly killed the human, how did the dog NOT die from it? If he thinks he has to save mankind even though mankind has turned, why does he not care about keeping and eventually saving his best living friend?

BAD script, BAD acting.

He had given the dog a shot from a syringe just before...I figured it was something that would kill the dog soon and the "hugging" was just him sharing a moment before the dog expires. I did see the movie a while ago so I could remember it wrong.

Sincerely,
