Wolfram Alpha

You notice, however, that it gave you an alternate input to try, and, if you go with that input, it will give you unit conversions for a kilogram. Unit conversions are really the only possible answer to your question.

It failed to answer basically anything I asked it. However, putting in ANY kind of math equation gets a lot of great info. This could have been useful back in Differential Equations

Useful tool for people with a lot of mathematical problem but not for average joe seeking answer for simple problem.

It will take quite a bit of evolution, though. Right now it doesn't offer anything google doesn't. Until it can beat ordinary search engines, it's doomed to failure.

Let's just wait and see how Wolfram Alpha will turn out to be in the near future.

I have some hope about Wolfram Alpha.

Yeah definetly. But you have to start somewhere dont you?

just read and you might laugh.
Wolfram Alpha has tons of useful information about the DeLorean time machine and its construction:

As Wolfram's knowledge base grows in size, it will no doubt provide me with information needed to build my own time machine, which I will promptly use to go back into 1982 and warn John DeLorean that an "investor" who wants him to participate in a drug smuggling operation may not be legitimate.

Again, it's not that useful for the average joe... but you can see the steps for each aspect and everything. The guy who did this also made Matematica so it makes sense.

Otherwise, agreed... Google beats it in most contexts.
