Atleast Blizzard makes quality products... MMO's stink as a general rule and they made a decent one.
 
WoW is good as long as you ignore PvP.

WoW has really turned into a shitfuck though lately...

they stopped balancing for PvE and it seems they only balance for PvP now which is quite fucking stupid considering its a PvE game with PvP added on as an afterthought.

completely fucking up dynamics of PvP.

hunters used to be the anti-rogue.

rogues complained they couldnt kill mages/locks and hunters killed them.

rogues got a duration magic immunity and ability to break hunter mechanics vs them.

rogues are top shit vs everyone but warrs, and a good rogue can kill them.


so... who is supposed to kill rogues now?
 
What? PvP was the thing that I fancied about WoW in the first place - I actually held the unoffical title of "Sir Gankalot" on my realm for some weeks/month(s).

Also, a rogue never had any problems killing any other class providing that he specced stun/lock. At least not where I came from, but I don't know about other crap realms and their n00b players.

Any decent specced warrior that knew what he was doing would not have problems with a rogue. Same with warriors versus frostmages. They are an anti class simple as that. The pvp is bad however and world pvp is hard to find. I cannot wait for AoC. I will drop WoW in an instant when that game comes out.

That said, leaving out the hopelessly powerful soul link warlocks the game is more balanced pvp vice than it used to be. You can tell from watching the forums. The amount of pvp whines are about identical on all forums.
 
The Mr T ad was not half-bad. The Shatner one sucked my ass though, it looked too contrived. After the shoot, I bet Shatner uttered something like: "Now.. where's...myfreakingmoney", in the typical Shatner fashion. :roll:
 
Mr. T...awesome. Shatner...awesome. Both of them doing WoW commercials? I love it.

Good to see a commercial for a game that isn't just shots of action. Haven't seen it on real TV though just the stuff in links like here.
