Wtf? My uncle has gone crazy

It Wandered In From the Wastes
So im walking upstairs after bringing my cat up to the attic and my uncles standing right there in his underpants. Staring at me. He had some stuff on his hands that looked like water. I Asked him if he wanted to hold the cat and he said Ok. So when i asked him what was on his hands he repied. "Blood".

Do you guys think hes gone insane and i should flee my house this very exact moment?

He doesnt drink and hes not the sort who tells jokes.

You should double-dare the motherfucker.

Squirt on your clothes and enter his room with a really creepy smile and say that it's polar bear blood.

That should call the lie, or at least make the two of you... closer.
 
Does your uncle have a history of odd behavior or been that way lately? Any serious problems with him? Do you have other people in the house that can verify what's going on? Does he take medication?

Just leave the house for awhile if you don't feel safe then come back.

He just got a heart implant, And hes never going to really recover. Yes he takes meds.

I've heard studies prove that animals can be very therapeutic. I was saw a documentary where they brought animals into elderly homes to comfort them.

I had a crazy flatemate a few years ago, he was kind of paranoid and borderline scary. We had to tell all the girls we knew they weren't allowed to visit unless we were home. It became standard practice to barricade your door shut at night before going to sleep.
