Your dream game

Tomba! 3 or spiritual successor. 2D open-world platformer with quest and rpg elements.

Neo-noir GTA-like game with heavy choices and consequences element with no stupid arcade mini-games.

Take Breath of the Wild and add co-op. You could play as Zelda and Link or maybe add some other side character. It wouldn't be a main entry more like a spinoff or an extra mode. Also add the notes system which Windwaker HD did already. More survival elements and house building/settlements that aren't worthless like Fallout 4 too.

My dream game was actually a historical FPS games spanning the ancient world all the way to renaissance era. Basically, Age of Empires 1-2-3 but first person.

I like CDProjekt Red but I have no idea what cyerpunk is supposed to be...

Is it like really open world deus ex or something?
While @CzigBot explained the tabletop game, I think MrBtongue here explained the genre just fine

Underrail has poor pacing, terrible dialogue, no memorable characters, non existent plot and fluctuating difficulty with zero balance. I say this as someone who has 80 flippin hours in the game.
Care to elaborate on all of that?

A CRPG about you play as a civilian living in a besieged city during a civil war, from Obsidian.

The war of mine is nice, it mainly use the mechanics to tell the story and done very well, but I want something more than just that.
I want a game use both mechanics and the writing to tell the story about what happened to those civilian during a civil war.
And I pretty sure Obsidian can deliver that, with enough resources and time of course.

Arma 3 with much better AI and no glitches at all and a lot of great mods with long campaigns and realistic injuries and permadeath etc. and a 'general level' making Arma 3 like a kind of Total War - type game with much better actual combat.

One of my dream games (I have a few different kind of games I wish someone made) would be a Post Apocalyptic, isometric RPG. Now what would make it special would be that the action would happen mostly in just one randomly generated (quite large) settlement. At the start of the game we could make our character and then choose the role in that settlement we would be playing (we could choose any role that would exist in that settlement, from homeless to mayor, from store owner to police officer, from bartender to doctor, etc). The settlement would be surrounded by an unforgiving wasteland and would only get heavily fortified caravans on specific days. Anyone trying to adventure to the wasteland by himself would die an horrible death. Any normal character would not stand a chance if he fought a police officer (police would be heavily armored and use the most powerful weapons).
We would have to do our job in that settlement or we could change jobs. At random the settlement would be attacked by raiders or wasteland critters. The objective would be to try and make the settlement survive for as long as possible and make our character be successful in whatever role it has, it would be possible to lose his position if the player didn't do a good job and then have to find a new job or risk being a homeless person.

I think it could be an interesting and relaxing game for when I don't feel like playing something more action-y or something.

A game by paradox studio that combine many game mechanic from other paradox title such as Eu4 diplomacy, ck2 internal politic & character roleplay, HOI combat, Victoria economic and industrial simulation. Hopefully stellaris will be this after 2-3 year post release, but i also want to see it being implemented in top down global map.
