You already received 300XP once you repaired it. Nemonik only gives you a healing powders if you requested payment.

i don't find the tank schematics tank for the Brotherhood? uncompleted quest? maybe at the next uptdate?

The tank can't be repaired. It's just an eye-candy reward for people who enter the bunker.

Dodge gave me the quest to ensure city council members to attend city council but i don't find city council members but i don't find them anywhere at HooverDam

Citizens living on the Rim are council members. Talk to them. We'll clarify that in the next update.

Thanks for your returns! I talk to the citizens of the Rim! I convince some members to attend the city hall and failed for others but you can't talk them anymore when you try again.

I accomplish the quest to help Pablo but don't have XP. Bug?

When Dodge gives yoyu the quest to negociate peace with Brotherhood i talk to Pierre but he gave me again the quest with the filtration schematics! Pierre doesn't say anything to help to end the war beetween NCR and Brotherhood! bug?

I increase my skill in speeches i manage convince citizens of the Rim to attend the city hall! i say it to Dodge, it gives 800 XP but you say it you convince the citizens and you gain 400 XP (illimited). Bug.

Go to the Brotherhood base once you find its location to continue with that quest.

I go to Maxson Bunker but i don't have line of dialog about peace with NCR when i talk to their boss.

If you didn't receive it, you have to prove yourself first by doing other Brotherhood quests.

No, that’s not a bug. Pierre has nothing to do with stopping the war.
In order to stop the war, you first have to complete Dodge's quest. Then go and talk with Andrea.

Thanks for asking - things are going well. We’re currently replacing all those temporary art files borrowed from other Fallout 2 mods and 3D Fallouts, implementing new areas, fixing bugs, sorting out music tracks. It’s a big update so it’ll take longer.

Dodge gives me the quest to brake a peace deal with Brotherhood! then I sucessfully spy on the Crimson Caravan for the threesome company! i tell major flemings that Ailis is a traitor! but she's not arrested after that! and i can't finish the quest to brake a peace deal for Dodge. Bug?
Moreover i wanted try to sneak in the Ailis Room and i wear steath boy but it doe'snt work the guards see me and turn hostile. Bug? i wanted to open the combination safe to take the ledger

Those aren’t bugs. You need to break into Ailis’ room and open the safe. Maybe try during the night or use alcohol on Ailis and the gurds to lower their Perception. It’s hard but possible

I manage to open the door by using steath boy by night and use drinks on guard and Ailis! I steal the ledger and confront Ailis! i extort her 10 000!
My quest concerning "ensure the city council members attend city hall meetings" is not marked finish but i can't talk to the people on the Rim except the two traders! bug?
I don't have dalog line to complete the quest to successfully negociate peace beetween NCR and Brotherhood!

I have enough money to buy the Pablo's Mansion but i can't find the House!

I can't find the medimatrix particle wanted by the doctor's Hoover Dam! Unfinished quest?
