I tell him to SPECIFICALLY scout for a Web Designer, and that portofolio was obligatory. He told me he got it. Then by end of the morning I ask him if anyone has send their portfolio. Tells me nobody has sent a portfolio but that he has 20 different applicants ready.

I take a look at a few... none of them are designers, all of the engineers... of course they wouldn't have a Portfolio.
Then the guy tells me he is gonna check the offer again, I noticed it says "Web Developer" instead of Designer. I aks him to let me read it... he not only put up an offer for Engineers, he also used the word "Curriculum" instead of Portfolio.

Had to sit down and write the offer myself. Carefully telling people what you need in detail, step by step and with the proper terminology they gotta use is just not enough.

And a Japanese delinquent Panda on that one too.

Thats the problem or rather the different between single player and multiplayer games. They do this all in single player game and it does't matter at all. But you can't do these thing when trying make a 'in-game' economy. They where never ready to make an online game

it'd be nice if this whole "games as a service" thing could die entirely. games aren't a service they're products and this mentality of games as service is staring to infect actually good games now.

Nah, Smash is pretty fun as a group game. It's actually making work more relaxing because I've been bringing the Switch to the office and we play during lunch on the big tv on the conference room.

nope. not even mods can save that pos. even with mods you seem to be having a bad time. and even if they could there are literally hundreds of games you could play instead that don't require mods to be bearable.

lol about 40 minutes into the first movie is almost always enough time to make an accurate assessment.

All the Sidequests are the typical Fare of Kill and fetch quests you get in the main game, I didn't get to the Vault that rips off a Mod, might try to do that.

They did upgrade the Train and Boat from the infamous "Vehicle hats" from FO3, but they are still yanky as shit, if you jump the vehicle just moves foward and you hit the wall behind, AAA game, this DLC was more expensive than the game until the Winter sale.
